The place was wonderful, with its incredibly welcoming staff at the receptionist. The restaurant was exceptional for dinner, I tried hot dishes. The location was great and beautiful, for example, Kiwi and Birdlife Park was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Shopping centres and specialty shops were right next door.

Excellent service, incredibly beautiful and comfortable hotel.
Climate control and coffee in the room and the extremely comfy bed. Continental breakfast, with yogurt and fruit.

We loved relaxing by the cute fireplace and sipping warm spiced apple cider upon arrival. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished, providing ample space for our family. With beautiful views of the lake and easy access to Queenstown's attractions, it was a perfect family getaway.
In my wife's opinion, parking could be improved. Having to pay $40 for hotel parking was a bit much for us.

Good location, easy walking distance to town centre and lake but not too central as to be noisy. Large room with good facilities and lake view. Professional and courteous staff, would gladly book this hotel again for business or holiday and have no concerns in recommending it based on my experience.

Lovely hotel, nice surroundings and style
No access direct to lake or to outside. More a winter place to stay than summer temperature in restaurant was too hot

Large spacious tidy room with kitchen facility. Feather duvet.
No stoarge or shelving in bathroom. Bed uneven, dipped. Only on check in being told we had to pay for parking. Prepaying for the room in advance, only to find that the total was also included in our account at check out. The surcharge for credit card payment.

A cozy stay by the lake
Waking up to the serene view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast served was good, with a variety of fresh options that never disappointed .
The hike back to the hotel from downtown was quite a workout. The uphill walk was exhausting, especially for those not accustomed to steep inclines.

The jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a busy day, and the hotel's cozy bar area made for a nice evening spot. Just a heads up, the cancellation policy felt a bit strict, so plan ahead 😊

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large homely rooms with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.Easy access from car to room and position of ski locker well thought out. Fantastic position near the town centre and within easy reach of the lakeside.Well kitted out kitchen. Excellent coffee.
The smell of the gas from the imitation log fire in the main foyer. The lighting in the bathroom was too harsh and not direct enough to assist with makeup.Shampoo not good quality and very difficult to get out of bottle due to its design
